In May 2020, Linda became the Qualifying Broker with Alexa Trujillo, co-owner of Enchantment Realty. Linda was born and raised in the tri-county area; Silver City has been her family home since the 1880s. After moving to Las Cruces, Albuquerque, and Carson City, she returned with her husband, Mike Rowse, and two daughters in 2001. She enjoys being part of the community of Silver City, playing tennis, pickleball, hiking, and meeting new people. You will find her at the tennis courts if she is not working. After owning her own business, she switched to real estate in 2006. In the last 14 years, she has helped newcomers and natives find their dream home or property, whether it be a historic home in downtown Silver City or a rustic oasis in the mountains. My office was No. 2 in real estate for 2020, and I am a top 10 Realtor in Grant County. As a Silver City native, I have a deep love for the beauty of the Gila National Forest, the four mild seasons, and the peacefulness this community offers. I valued this area so much that I decided to live and retire here with my husband and three children. I have been a full-time Realtor in Silver City since 2004. During that period, my sales results have been consistently in the top 10 of all realtors in our MLS. My first career as a credit union manager in Wisconsin enabled me to close real estate transactions that might have fallen apart. Having grown up in a dairy farm family, l learned firsthand the value of hard work (as well as where not to step!). For my customers, I focus, listen, and follow through. Getting results is important to me. Before settling in Silver City, my husband George (a Forest Service retiree) and I traveled the US for five years in an RV. George and I volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and participated in building Habitat homes across the country. Marissa Rowse was raised in Silver City, hiking in the Gila and exploring the historic downtown. She has a love for her hometown and sharing it with others. In the Summer of 2020, she decided to make a career out of that love and become an associate broker at Enchantment. She has a B.A. in government and Law and Society. She has an interest in local history and sharing local legends. She prides herself on getting to know each client and their unique needs.
